Our standard return and exchange policy is not applicable for both local and international shipments, except for extraordinary cases. Standard returns must be made within 7 business days of receiving the item, and a restocking fee of 25% of the suit's price will be applied.

Customs clearance at country entrances and exits, as well as lengthy processes, may lead to delays and damage for both our company and customers. In the event of receiving an incorrect product, wrong size, or a defective product, our company bears the responsibility.

Our company is not liable for issues such as product misuse, dissatisfaction due to personal reasons, or product/size selection, except in specified cases. Upon receiving the returned product, our company will deduct expenses such as commission and bank charges from the refundable amount and reimburse the customer's account with the remaining product amount. We are committed to delivering exceptional service in international export conditions. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is found to be defective, damaged, or the wrong item, kindly contact us within 1 week to allow us to assess the issue and provide a resolution.
